The whole group loved this place; easily housed 9 people with all the needed amenities for showers, cooking, cleaning and trash. Bedding and furniture was plentiful but also gave everyone plenty of space.

The Sugar Nest
Built for the whole group
Most groups that stay here are nine, ten, twelve people — two or three households sharing one roof for a weekend. The Sugar Nest was set up for exactly that: six bedrooms across two floors, three full bathrooms, and 2,268 square feet arranged so everyone is together when they want to be and apart when they don't.
The questions groups ask us most are about the layout, so here it is plainly: two bedrooms downstairs, four upstairs, and every bathroom separate from the bedrooms. The main level is open, so whoever is cooking stays part of the conversation. Outside, a wraparound deck, hot tub and fire pit carry the evening.

Living room, dining table and kitchen share one open level, with a fireplace at one end and doors to the deck at the other. Dinner for the whole group happens here — eight at the table, three at the island — without anyone being sent to another room.
