Important Disclosures

- The home requires stairs: approximately one story at the front entrance, approximately three steps at the rear entrance, and stairs between the two interior floors
- The property is not advertised as step-free or wheelchair accessible
- One battery-operated exterior camera is on the front porch. There are no interior cameras
- The hot tub area does not have a surrounding safety fence or locking gate. Children must be supervised carefully
- The yard is not fenced and is not an enclosed off-leash area
- Reaching the property involves mountain roads with steep inclines, which may be winding or narrow. From November through March, four-wheel drive, all-wheel drive or tire chains are strongly recommended

We had a wonderful time at Bill and Yi’s. The house was great and the patio and back yard couldn’t have been any better. We will definitely be coming back again.
La casa es igual a las fotos. Tiene lo que necesitas para estar tranquilo y en paz. Pasamos un grandioso fin de semana en familia, éramos 3 familias con niños y disfrutaron mucho. Miramos muchos animales en el bosque y pudimos hacer smores en la fogata.
